Our mission
Being present where children are forgotten.
After many years of war and political and social instability in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, children and the most vulnerable people carry a disproportionate share of the burden. Some are abandoned near roads, markets, dumps or other dangerous places. Amour du Prochain works to provide them with care, protection and support.
Our history
Amour du Prochain was founded in 2016. The Centre has been operating since 2018 and has since moved to its permanent site in Mont-Ngafula, Kinshasa.
